Ubushakashatsi bushya bwakozwe n’itsinda ry’abashakashatsi ku bufatanye na Kaminuza ya Imperial yo mu Bwongereza bwerekanye ko kugira inzozi mbi kenshi bifitanye isano no gusaza imburagihe ndetse no kugira ibyago byinshi byo gupfa vuba.

Dr Abidemi yavuze ko ubu bushakashatsi ari bwo bwa mbere bwerekanye ko inzozi mbi zishobora gutanga ikimenyetso cy’uko umuntu azasaza cyangwa azapfa vuba, agira abantu inama yo kuzirinda harimo gukurikiza uburyo bwo gusinzira neza, kugabanya stress, kwivuza indwara zifitanye isano no kwiheba, agahinda gakabije n’ubwoba, ndetse no kwirinda kureba amafilimi ateye ubwoba.
