Siporo ni umuti ku bafite ihungabana
Dr. Iyamuremye yashimangiye ko siporo ifasha cyane mu kuvura ihungabana n’izindi ndwara zifite aho zihuriye n’ubuzima bwo mu mutwe.
Ati “Mu buryo bwo kubavura, hari abo dukoresha imirimo isanzwe ya buri munsi nko gutunganya ubusitani cyangwa igikoni. Abandi tubakoresha siporo no gukina imikino itandukanye. Ni byinshi dukoresha kugira ngo tuvure umuntu.”
Yashimangiye ko “Siporo ni imwe mu ntwaro dukoresha hano mu kuvura abarwayi. Iyo umuntu akoze siporo hari imisemburo ubwonko buzana; iyo irimo ituma twishima, igabanya ububabare, igabanya umuhangayiko. Rero umuntu wakoze siporo, iyo misemburo ijya ku murongo cyangwa ikazamuka.”
Yongeyeho ko ibyo bitaba ku barwayi gusa, ahubwo ari ko bigenda no ku muntu udafite ikibazo, gusa ufite ikibazo we bikamufasha gusubira ku murongo.

Birasanzwe ko waba uri ukora siporo ukagira ibibazo kuko watekereje cyane. Ariko usanga abantu bakora siporo kenshi bitabagaragaraho cyane ugereranyije n’abatazikora.”

Siporo nziza zafasha uwahungabanye
Dr. Iyamuremye yavuze ko hari uburyo bwinshi bwo gukora siporo, harimo iza rusange, izo umuntu akora ku giti cye, izisaba ko umuntu akoresha imbaraga nka ruhago, kwiruka, koga, hari n’izisaba ko umuntu yoroshya imikaya nka Yoga n’izindi.
Ati “Ababishoboye babizi, bakunze gukoresha ziriya siporo zo gutuza kuko bavuga ko ari zo ziba nziza kurushaho. Ariko ku bantu bafite ihungabana, siporo za rusange ziba nziza kurushaho.”
“Ntabwo ari ikintu gituma yihugiraho wenyine. Iyo akoranye n’abandi bamutera akanyabugabo. Ntabwo ari siporo yunguka gusa, kuko abona n’ikindi kintu cyo kumva ko atari wenyine, dore ko akenshi umuntu wahungabanye aba ashaka kuba wenyine.”
Nubwo hari siporo zigenewe umuntu wahungabanye, Dr. Iyamuremye yagaragaje ko hari siporo umuntu ufite ihungabana cyangwa ibibazo byo mu mutwe adakwiriye gukora.
Ati “Bariya bamanukira mu mitaka cyangwa bagasimbuka ahantu harehare cyane, ntabwo twazikoresha. Ikintu cyose gituma agira ubwoba ntabwo nagihitamo. Twe kwa muganga dusobanurira umuntu akamaro ka siporo, tukamusobanurira ko ishobora gusimbura ibintu bibi yakoreshaga.”
Siporo zisaba imbaraga ni nziza ku basore kuko zibafasha cyane, ariko abakuze ntabwo bagirwa inama yo kuzikora.
Dr. Iyamuremye agira ati “Inama naha abantu bafite ihungabana n’abandi muri rusange ni uko gukora siporo byagakwiriye kujya muri gahunda zabo za buri munsi. Umuntu akareba siporo akunze, abakuze bakirinda izisaba imbaraga nyinshi cyane.”
“Nakangurira abantu gukora Yoga kuko ntisaba byinshi, isaba kwicara ugahumeka. Hari ikoranabuhanga nka YouTube byagufasha ugakurikira. Abasore bo bakina Volleyball, Basketball, bakoga, bakiruka, bagakina ruhago n’izindi zisaba imbaraga nta kibazo. Ibyo bifasha umuntu guhangana n’ibibazo by’ihungabana.”
