Sobanukirwa amoko y’ibiribwa n’ibinyobwa bifasha ubwonko gukora neza

Abantu benshi ntibajya basobanukirwa ingaruka ibyo turya bigira ku bwonko bwacu. Ubwonko nk’umugenga umwe rukumbi wa buri rugingo rugize impagarike ya muntu, bukenera kwitabwaho no kurindwa buri kintu cyose cyabuhungabanya.

Mukakayumba avuga ko imboga n’imbuto ari byo bifite uruhare runini mu gufasha ubwonko gukora neza, ndetse ko abantu bakwiriye kubikoresha buri munsi.

Mukakayumba ashimangira ko iyo umuntu avangiye ibindi bintu mu mazi, nk’indimu, tangawizi n’ibindi, biba bisa n’aho atanywa amazi kandi ngo ibyo byangiza impyiko.

Imyitozo ngororamubiri ni igikorwa cya gatatu abantu bose bakwiye kwitabira mu rwego rwo kurinda ubwonko bwabo kuko iri mu biburinda kwangirika, bukabasha gukora neza kandi igihe cyose.

Ubushakashatsi buherutse gukorwa bugaragaza ko nibura umuntu udafite ikibazo kindi cy’ubuzima agomba gukora siporo hagati y’iminota 30 n’isaha imwe kandi bigakorwa buri munsi.
