Abahanga mu kugorora ingingo z’umubiri (Physiothérapeutes) bavuga ko indwara y’umugongo ishobora gutuma imyakura igera mu bice bimwe na bimwe by’umubiri igira ikibazo, bigatuma ibyo bice cyangwa urugingo bidakora neza [paralysé], bagatanga inama yo kwivuza hakiri kare, igihe umuntu ababara umugongo.

Impamvu ukwiye kwihutira kwivuza umugongo

Ishami ry’Umuryango w’abibumbye ryita ku buzima (OMS) ritangaza ko indwara y’umugongo, ari imwe mu mpamvu zikomeye zisigira ubumuga abatari bake ku Isi buri mwaka, mu bato n’abakuru.

Ati “Niba nicara amasaha atanu cyangwa atandatu nicaye mu buryo bumwe ndi ku kazi, nshobora kwicara isaha imwe yashira nkahaguruka nkafata iminota itatu cyangwa ine nkinanura (stretching) kugira ngo imikaya (muscles) ziruhuke.”

Ibyo ngo bigomba kujyana no kwicara neza ku ntebe ifite akantu ko kwegamira, umuntu agakora kuburyo umugongo uba uhagaze neza utaberamye cyangwa ngo wuname.

Abakozi bo mu rugo bamara igihe kirekire, basukura ibikoresho cyangwa bamesa bashobora kugabanya igihe bamara bunamye.

Ati “Niba uri gufura, uramara amasaha abiri uri gufura, ushaka agatebe gaciye bugufi ukakicaraho ugakora kuburyo umugongo uba uhagaze nubwo utaba uhagaze neza bityo ukabasha gukora nta kibazo.”
