Nyuma y’ibyumweru bibiri n’igice byari bimaze bikomerewe, imyitozo ngororamubiri ikorerwa mu nyubako z’imyidagaduro ‘Gym’ no kogera muri piscine byongeye guhagarikwa.

Icyakora abantu bacumbitse muri hotel bemerewe gukora izo siporo zombi kuri hoteli bacumbitsemo ariko berekanye ko bipimishije COVID-19.”

Kugeza ku wa 27 Ugushyingo, imyitozo ngororamubiri ikorerwa muri Gym no kogera muri piscine biri mu mikino yatinze gukomorerwa bitewe n’uko hahurirwa n’abantu benshi ndetse hakaba hari hakinozwa uburyo byakorwa abantu birinda ikwirakwira ry’icyorezo cya COVID-19.

Kimwe n’ibindi bikorwa remezo by’imikino inyuranye, Gym zafunzwe guhera tariki ya 15 Werurwe 2020, umunsi umwe nyuma y’uko Minisiteri y’Ubuzima itangaje ko mu Rwanda habonetse umurwayi wa mbere wa Coronavirus.

Tariki ya 8 Kamena 2020 nibwo Minisiteri ya Siporo yatangiye gukomorera siporo zitandukanye, ihereye ku zikorwa abantu bategeranye mu gihe mu mpera za Nzeri, hakomorewe imikino ihuza abantu benshi.

Uretse imyitozo yo muri Gym no kogera muri piscine, undi mukino kuri ubu wongeye guhagarikwa ni umupira w’amaguru, aho amakipe yemerewe gukomeza imyitozo n’amarushanwa ari afite amarushanwa mpuzamahanga.

Tariki ya 1 Ukuboza, Minisiteri ya Siporo yari yatangaje amabwiriza azakurikizwa mu isubukurwa ry’umukino wo koga muri piscine no gukora imyitozo ngororamubiri muri Gym.

Mu mabwiriza yagombaga gukurikizwa harimo “kugaragaza umubare ntarengwa wabemerewe kogera muri piscine.”

Hari kandi kugaragaza uburyo piscine ikorerwa isuku hakoreshejwe imiti ya Chlorine na Bromine n’uburyo amazi ahindurwa, gupima amazi yayo mbere na nyuma y’uko ikoreshwa ndetse no guteganya ahakarabirwa mbere yo kwinjira muri piscine.

Umuntu ugaragaza ibimenyetso birimo umuriro, inkorora, umutwe n’ibicurane, ntiyemerewe kujya kuri piscine no kuyogeramo.

Minisiteri ya Siporo yari yatangaje kandi ko “Koga mu byanya by’amazi bigari (ibiyaga, ibyuzi n’imiyaga) ntibyemewe keretse ku makipe yabigize umwuga mu gihe cyo gukora imyitozo yabanje kandi kubisabira uruhushya no kuruhabwa.”

Ku bijyanye n’ikoresha rya Gym, naho byari byatangajwe ko “Umuntu ugaragaza ibimenyetso birimo umuriro, inkorora, umutwe, ibicurane, ntiyemerewe kwinjira ahatangitwa hakanakorerwa imyitozo.”

Harimo ko kandi “abakora imyitozo yo mu matsinda muri Gym batemerewe kurenza 50% by’abemerewe mu itsinda.”

Minisiteri ya Siporo yari yatangaje kandi ko “ubwogero bukoreshwa n’abagana Gym butemewe mu rwego kwirinda ikwirakwira rya COVID-19” mu gihe “hagati y’icyiciro cy’imyitozo n’ikindi hagomba kubamo byibura igihe cy’isaha imwe yo gukora isuku y’ibikoresho no kugira ngo icyumba gikorerwamo imyitozo gihumeke hagati y’icyiciro n’ikindi.”

Igihe cya buri cyiciro cy’abakora imyitozo ngororamubiri yaba muri Gym no muri Aerobics nticyagombaga kurenza amasaha abiri.

Inzu z’imyidagaduro ziri zemerewe gufungura ni izasabye uruhushya rwo gukora muri Minisiteri ya Siporo kandi zikagenera kopi y’ubusabe Umuyobozi Mukuru w’Ikigo cy’Igihugu cy’Iterambere (RDB) kugira ngo hakorwe igenzura mbere yo kwemererwa.
