VISION To be a leading University association that provide and facilitate university students and alumni with solutions to the faced university constraints, maximizing education government support and equipping our members to become lifelong leaders at the forefront of making social and economic change with breaking down barriers to complete bachelor study with a hope to get employed after studies as our contribution toward Rwanda vision 2050 goals achievement. Mission Statement To overcome the all constraints that university students face which result to loss for both students and country, create a strong relationship among students and graduates, equipping our members to become lifelong leaders at the forefront of making social and economic change , help the entities that support university students, health and the opportunity to break the cycle of poverty and save for future generations. To support students that can not pay any financial requirements which can stop them from completing his/her studies, helping graduates to get what they can do so that unemployment I our country of Rwanda can not keep on growing at a slightly high level, helping freshmen come from poor families to get started the university life, to train, and non-profit investment. We have enough of qualification because we are both students and alumni. Many of alumni have MBA degree and full CPA certified public accountant which is the same to students even all have not yet completed them INTRODUCTION Rwanda Edified Generation Agency is a university students and alumni association that is on nation side and non-profit making association created to tackle the all university students and graduates faced problems eventually bring loss to our nation of Rwanda, strive for social welfare improvement and building student power through combining together all university students in Rwanda. Striving for self-reliance and rebuild our destructed target, saving for future generations, creating jobs for members, standing for our nation as central intellectual agency, equip our members to become lifelong leaders at the forefront of making social and economic change, developing a strong relationship with graduates, combining Rwandans studied abroad and those studied in the country, defend the rights and interests of students to promote improvement in their welfare and standard of education, a follow up of university students and alumni, speeding time of education loan payment and to prepare them for their tasks as democratic citizens. REGA FINANCIAL PLAN 1. Membership subscription: depending to ones expected interest from an association, one can subscribe more than one. The portion of funds to source from subscription is 75% 2. Returns from investments made 5%. (from loans made to formed alumni groups to undertake businesses (way to find jobs for our unemployed post graduates) and interest from depositing our funds in a bank. This amount of money is paid once. 3. 15% is expected to be government sponsorship since we strive for nation benefits 4. 5% is expected from other sponsors that cares about education, and jobs creation PROBLEM DEFINITION we as students and alumni we pass/ed through university life which is/was difficult to many to adapt. Due to difficulties we meet, we came up with a bundle of solutions to the constraints likely to hindrance university students which contribute negatively to our nation development. A heavy loss likely to exist for both students and nation, even double loss due to the following hindrances. Tackling university students problems which eventually bring loss the development of our nation. As most of students sponsored by government are those who can not pay university fees for themselves, when other problem comes to exist, that student get no power to get out of issue/s. Some students get scholarship of government to continue their lessons in college, due to the unsupported family. They lack registration fees which is paid before attending university and getting living allowance even though it was promised for them by the government. REGA has came to address this issue. Where such students from poor families that can not afford such registration fees will apply for these funds to be paid for them to allow them start university life. The payback agreement will be drown by the student and rega, a student will specify the number of amount to be deducted from his living allowance account to REGA account (no interest to these amount will be added) . At this time, the freshman has become a member but not subscribed to REGA which is done next to joining university life, which subscription will also be used in addressing other sudden issues. Due to different issues of individual students like repeating year, sickness, retakes and annual registration for already joined university students, some students get it harder for their families and prefer to drop out of colleges due to lack of financial capability to pay for repeating, failed courses or retakes. Some students more specifically girls they might carry pregnant yet they are still students and because of not having capabilities to meet their daily needs they decide to dropout. this it affect directly their lives as well as the country as whole.so we have come to eradicate such issues that the students might meet with through supporting her to comeback to college. (some courses might have not completed or she has a retake,..). NOTE these supports will be given to those ones that are still government sponsored. Some students leave the country and forget to come back to repay study loan and the nation have no enough information about them yet they should work and repay debt to allow other generations study also! As agency of edified generation, we see such issues as a serious loss contributors to our nation development, where he/she drops out yet government has spent a lot on him/her to contribute for future development even repay debt to allow his/her brother sponsored also. We as rega we want to combat with those issues hindering students to get to where their nation want to place them, by paying all retakes and repeats for members depending to the agreements of student and REGA. For students who leave the country, we will utilize his/her contribution and its returns to repay his/her debt to BRD. This will be done as a support to BRD to prevent an increase in bad debts at the same time preventing our nation from losses. This is an association wishes. Death for university students contributes a double loss to government! where she/he would repay back the debt and pay for future generation and not exist. Second, a nation has lost an economic factor for future development. By the time a deceased student was a REGA member we will go for burial activities and all the requirements to burry our lost member. In addition depending to his family, we will support his/her family like rebuilding their house, buying a caw for a family so that the family feel sympathy and now that their lost child was in students association. Depending to a sum of amount money a deceased student had put in association plus interest from lending his funds to other members plus any other sponsorship gained, we will use it by producing them into a return to allow us pay for him BRD debt to allow future generation get government study sponsorships. In our university of Rwanda when a student is lost, for the sponsorship given by student union of our college we want to make addition for it, as the deceased student was a member. to sympathy the left ones is our additional to students union help of our school. even the information of deceased student may not likely to be known! By this time, we want a follow up for our member that is not studying in order to discover the reasons behind. The information to university student will be our duties to protect the wealthy of nation from being lost and any further member obligations. Building student and alumni power through combining together all university students and alumni in Rwanda As the REGA benefits should be enjoyed by every university student in Rwanda because the university students problems do not discrimate! By combining all the university students will create a Center of intellectual people where every issue can be addressed from. We want to have a place that will allow us to look for what can be produced from what we learnt through sharing ideas depending to done faculties. Striving for self-reliance and rebuild our destructed target Ashe association is for us and we have capacity in us as beneficiaries, in addition we know from where the nation is coming from yet we are heart of nation as our slogan, we want to contribute much as possible so that the need for other sponsorship our governments ask from outsides can be reduced so that we selfrelied a big portion. By contributing a lot to our nation development, we reach the place which the government wishes us to reach with efficiently and effectively utilize study debts and comply with national rules and regulations. Saving for future generations The culture of saving in students is still at a lower rate yet they are ones to need for heavy spending after schooling. Some are government sponsored but the idea of saving even 1000frw for their living allowance is hidden. For some students it can exits even though the can not but other students also sponsored by government can not exist depending to their families supportive. However, this accelerate the unemployment of graduates due to lack of saving culture which also reduce the financial power of future generation. By being REGA member, you will be able to extract and enjoy benefits from pooling funds in form of subscription, sponsorship and return from investments undertaken at the same time you will be saving for you future and at the same time for future generation in general. By trying all means to repay back a deceased person’s debt to BRD, we will be searching how our brothers/sisters even children can be sponsored by government in their studies as it did for us. Below we have reference f saving inspiring. Recovery BRD started the recovery process on 16th January this year and by 7th March, Rwf 198.2 million had been recovered. This has mainly been thanks to the engagement with the student loan beneficiaries, their employers, the general public and partners such as Rwanda Social Security Board (RSSB) and Rwanda Revenue Authority. Fred Mugisha, the head of Education Financing at BRD said they will continue partnering with the stakeholders in order to ensure that they continue the positive trend. “”Kanyankole also noted that there was need to educate students on how to manage their finances in order for them to start saving”” Creating jobs for members As we are both student and graduates, the graduate see that to stare a government for a job getting it is so far away! The possible high chance that seem to appear is creating your our job even employ others like you. As rega get subscriptions, returns from its investments and any sponsorship, we want to create jobs through combing a group of graduates and get funds to undertake a business. The business to be undertaken must be feasible in all the ways as it must be insured by Business expert in order to make sure that it will bring high return to our association and at the same time to those who are running it. In long term, depending to how government intervention to our association and encouraging all university students to join association, we will build buildings. REGA headquarter that will employ many and RIC HOTEL (Rwanda intellectual Centre hotel) which will be having rooms for receiving regional intellectual heavy conferences, graduation rooms which the services providers will be the members of association. “”Rwanda Unemployment Rate 2001-2018 | Data | Chart | Calendar | Forecast Unemployment Rate in Rwanda increased to 16.70 percent in 2017 from 13.20 percent in 2016. Unemployment Rate in Rwanda averaged 7.10 percent from 2001 until 2017, reaching an all time high of 16.70 percent in 2017 and a record low of 1 percent in 2001. Rwanda Unemployment Rate - actual data, historical chart and calendar of releases was last updated on April of 2018.”” Take a short time and think about the next 5 years!! Take a look at the reference from hangumurimo.com. Actual Previous Highest Lowest Dates Unit Frequency 16.70 13.20 16.70 1.00 2001 2017 percent Yearly Standing for our nation as central intellectual agency As we are/ were university students (intellectual wealthy of our nation) by producing what we studied we can drive our nation to a competitive level where our nation can come out of debts and aided countries list. Thinking of what can improve the standards of living of citizens and a strong economics, political, social and technological country. Developing leadership skills and leadership trainings will help our association to be a good referee for giving the strong and competitive leaders in different fields and equip our members to become lifelong leaders at the forefront of making social and economic change Actually, these are reasons behinds government spends for our education. Due to mixture of different fields studied, we will have each department’s research Centre where every department will have to execute a specific number of jobs to be contributed. Developing a strong relationship with graduates usually, in Rwanda when a student graduate from university there is no any other thing that make him/her meet his/her brothers left at school! Some of them graduate and somehow get what to work while others keep on looking for it or look at government as a forever helper for them! REGA has seen that lacking a relationship between university students and those graduated has slowed the development of some graduates even unsolved problems for those who are still studying, yet the graduates that have reached at a certain level of economic they can help in an easy way to solve problems that are hindering theirs brothers in schooling through joining REGA. Even those that have no job yet, they can be grouped and be given a specific act to act with the required capital. If they were subscribed to REGA and they are full members. Combining Rwandans studied abroad and those studied in the country In Rwanda like other countries we get scholarship to study in international universities, such students when they graduate they may come to their mother country or stay there even though it is illegal. When those studied in those international universities come, we as the graduates from national universities we may be lacking some of skills that may be obtained by joining an international competitive universities. In such case, we as rega we want to allow and invite both students/ alumni graduated from different university to contribute a bit of skills and knowledge through gathering them in a way that will make them share what they learnt through researching what can improve standard of living for ourselves, citizens and country economy in general. In addition, the students want to defend the rights and interests of students to promote improvement in their welfare and standard of education through having and giving view in nation conferences as we are likely to attend them. Below we have reference from BRD, regarding Rwanda students study abroad. “”Students abroad There are 943 Rwandan students studying abroad. Their living allowances and applicable tuition fees have been paid ”” www.brd.rw Since 2015-2016. Speeding time of education loan payment given to students and graduates and to prepare them for their tasks as democratic citizens. Since our nation of Rwanda spent a bit of milliards of Rwandan francs for education of Rwandans, we must use it efficiently and effectively in order to get us where it wishes to place us. A big number in university of Rwanda are government sponsored (study loans) which sponsorship has to be given to future generation also. When we graduates and lack jobs that would help us to repay back our study loan, we delay the implementation of government spending. By the time every sponsored students is in REGA , the time to repay back the funds spent on him/her will be short as possible. Either by getting employed by rega in different investments, by using returns on investments, subscription and sponsorship (for people who deceased before repaying study loan yet he/she was a rega full member. We as rega we want to prevent our nation from loss and also prepare those intellectual for their tasks as democratic citizens. All the above problems force us to find a possible bundle of solutions to each and every problem There are 28,018 students studying under the student loan and bursaries scheme in Rwanda. Of the students, 779 of them receive 50% tuition fees minus living allowances while 391 others are repeating or suspended students who also do not receive living allowances. This makes the total number of students eligible for full tuition in addition to living allowances at 26,848 students. Between January and March this year, BRD issued living allowances for 26,487 students, which is close to 99% of the students eligible for living allowances. 254 students of the ones that didn’t receive the allowances during the period hadn’t mainly because they didn’t submit their bank account details while 107 students were still in the process of receiving their payments. Kanyankole urged students to open bank accounts in order to speed up the process of receiving their monthly allowances. BRD also gave living allowances to 430 students who had not received in arrears between September and December last year. In general, out of a budget of Rwf 8.3 billion for January to March 2016, 99.37% of the funds have been disbursed. Eight years of REGA registration, we will at least able to create 12.5 labors annually. 8. By the end of 10th year, we want to own REGA Radio and television which will reduce our expenses for advertisement. REGA has considered what could be wrong with these objectives to be achieved. The conditions of the economy , government favor for association could affect the ability to achieve such objectives in both way efficiently and effectively. The ability to pay membership fees, ability to increase the subscribed members and the ability of interest rate will be affected by government wishes. BENEFITS OF BEING A REGA MEMBER I. REGA Benefits to students. II. REGA Benefits to alumni/graduates. III. REGA Benefits to other government entities. IV. REGA Benefits to the society. V. REGA Benefits to Rwanda economy. VI. REGA Benefits to the country as whole. I. REGA benefits to students. Some students get scholarship of government to continue their lessons in colleges, due to the unsupported family. They lack registration fees which is paid before attending university and getting living allowance even though it was promised for them by the government. At this time, even though this freshman is not yet a member he/she will be paid for such funds, to allow him/ her join university. Some students get died before they graduate, when this happens yet the student was a rega member, he/she will be buried by an association and provide every thing required for sympathy to the family. Depending on how his/her family capacity, the can rebuild association a house for a family to symbolize that the deceased child was in a union. Some students specifically girls they might carry early pregnant yet they are still students and because of not having capabilities to meet their daily needs, retakes fees, repeats fees and they decide to dropout. This it affect directly their lives as well as the country as whole.so we have come to eradicate such issues that the students might meet with through supporting her to comeback to college. By the time this issue rises, the member will be given funds to break out of such issues concerning to continue studying. Annual registration for already joined university students has became too difficulty problem for some students from poor families., due to student’s family financial capability, some get it harder to get such annual fees which sometimes force them to engage in illegal activities like prostitution and stealing. Once the student is a member and faces the problem of annual registration, he must apply for registration to be paid for him/her. Under the agreed terms and conditions with REGA. Jobs: rega association s will help their members find jobs, or at the least, offer up job listings that other members may be offering. Mentoring: Mentoring is the cornerstone of many professional association s when it comes to working with younger members. You may never get in the room with someone at the top of your field, for a very long time. But association rega will have the ability to pare you with someone much more experienced. Professional Development: REGA will offer professional development via courses, workshops, publications, and information on website shared only with members. REGA will also keep members up to date on industry trends and how to deal with them. taking the National Association of Black Journalists for example offer news and print coverage of their annual conferences, run by students—which is an excellent opportunity to gain experience. Networking: REGA association s will have an annual conference. This is an opportunity for you to combination and associate with others in your field in both professional and leisure settings. There is also often a job fair where you can make contact and stay up to date with the very people who hire – even if they’re not hiring right now. In fact, some people find recruiters follow their career and stay updated when you stop by their booth at the job fair. They may be keeping an eye on you until they are ready to finally offer you a job. II. REGA Benefits to alumni/graduates. Forming a group and get a loan at 4% interest rate: Some students graduates, only a small number get jobs, other keep staring government for employments! We as REGA we want to create jobs for a big number of unemployed graduates through making a feasible business that will be undertaken by a group of members. A group will be given a sum of amount to undertake such act at a half interest to of others financial service providers. which will allow them to get a work and end staring and waiting a job that is not specified. However, a graduate personally, may be loaned a loan to undertake a chosen business. NOTE. The business must be studied by business research department. As the REGA benefits should be enjoyed by every university student in Rwanda because the unemployment problems do not discriminate where a person studied from! By combining all the university students and graduates, we want to allow both sides benefit from one anther. As REGA will act as employees referral, leadership training, and temporary wages looking, the graduated members will be the first people to benefit from such activities For graduates whose capacity can contribute more than one membership to enjoy more benefits attached. By the time he/she has subscribed more than one time, he/she will enjoy two times to that one who subscribed one membership. This is a special benefits for every member who sees the future returns from the association. Benefiting from university students through different ways, like sharing ideas related to issue handling, information concerning their young brothers and sisters and a strong friendship among themselves. Once a member is lost, the association will provide a crucial support for burial activities. Finally, depending to how his/her family financial capacity, we can build a house for a family or buy a cow for a family. When a member get dead before he/she repays study loan, REGA will prevent government loss by contributing a specific sum of money owed to BRD to allow future generation get study loans as well as he/she got it. III. REGA Benefits to other government entities these benefits are mostly of association s that spend for students like BRD, REB, WDA, Imbuto foundation. A crucial benefits to BRD is of getting back all the granted loans for students even though, it can take a long time to cover. Once REGA pays for student’s debt, this will help BRD to get to targeted goals, which will help in paying study loans for future generations. REB will benefit from having greater number of graduated students, since the shortcoming used to stop them from finishing their studies wouldn’t be exist any more WDA students will benefits from REGA if they join association, since they face the same hindrances with that UR students face during studying. By joining REGA the loss from students who face some issues that stop them from completing their studies would be reduced. Imbuto foundation plays a crucial role to get students join colleges. some of these students when they join university challenges may arise to them which REGA has to provide a bundle of solutions to them. Only Through being a REGA member. This will increase a number of imbuto foundation graduated students since the shortcomings seem to exist in university life can never stop them from completing their studies. REGA will do as possible to continue safeguarding them from worrying about university life constraints IV. REGA Benefits to the society. Increased confidence of completing their university studies among members and feel safeguarded about future issues. Employing some non members employees in an association which will give income to the people around the association. REGA will make research about very poor families and pay healthy insurance to them so that they can be nursed in case got sick. Society will have all access to the information concerning REGA which are very useful especially for students and intellectual people through REGA PROFILE In Rwanda students facilities have existed in various forms specifically in government primary and secondary schools over the decades. REGA ‘s operating in the country of Rwanda must be licensed and must operate under the comprehensive codes of republic of Rwanda. REGA will comply with all licensures and all government requirements. The facility will focus on providing financial support services which promote positive economic change of individual and the country at the same time. As the students struggle to break out of university faced constraints which sometimes lead to dropout of colleges, they seek help with financial supporter like paying for re-takes, re-medial, repeating the year and a capital to start their own work specifically for unemployed alumni. REGA plans to provides such support by combining both students and alumni in order to prevent our nation from losing money spent to their educations. Where every part of students and alumni will benefit from each other. This is because when a student drops out he/she will never repay his/her education loan which will limit future generation from government education support. Most of government sponsored students come from unsupported families, when a constraint in his/her studies breaks, he/she can not refer to his family due to how his/her family stands financially. And some parents see that it is too hard to cover the required cost like repeating the year. 23% are female government sponsored, 53% are male government sponsored. Refer to UR statistics office 2017. In private was 24%. REGA will provide needed financial support as asked by a member. To reduce burden to their unsupported families and dropout of such students from unsupported families. There is no need for worries by the time a student was a REGA member before breaking in a constraint/s There will no need for lacking capital to undertake a business yet the alumni was a member during his/her bachelor studies. A group of unemployed graduated students will be given a capital to run a business. This business must be studied by business department with all feasibilities to be allowed for being undertaken REGA as it combines both university students and alumni, some alumni are master’s students others are bachelor degrees. REGA will be managed by masters –certified public managers, certified public accountants and bachelors degree holders to employ all level of members. Me as the fonder, I aim qualified to make project assessments and able to communicate to managers as appropriate. Due to good governance of nowadays Rwanda, The number of students joining university is increasing which also increase the number of graduates. As the students increases, the government spending for education also increases. The students sometime need for addition arrangements to that provided by government. REGA is fulfilling a need. Qualified owner/administrators of innovators to finds needs for demands are also required. REGA targeted beneficiaries. REGA students support services will live in every campus of university of Rwanda. In our starting we want to deal with the students and graduates sponsored by government in their educations. By expanding, we want to distribute our students support in private universities since they also face the same constraints like unemployment, death of some students, failures of lessons etc. which constraints can be addressed by being a members of REGA. The primary users of REGA support are freshmen, already joined university students and alumni who can not support themselves in any financial issue/s. the targeted clients market for the services provided at REGA is comprised of students whose government education sponsorship and meet other issues in which can limit the from studying. In addition, for alumni who can not find jobs or want to work for themselves. Many of the students face such financial issues are orphans and some from deficiency families. If they face a financial problem during studying some prefer to engage in illegal activities like gangs and prostitution for girls. However, with REGA follow-up and minimal assistance, these students can never engage in such illegal acts since the constraints are handled by REGA. These students will be able to graduate, remain safe and independent to university faced constraints in addition of saving needed funds for future spending needs. Also the state and federal funds need not to be used to provide any other further heavy financial support yet the first one provided for their education is not yet repaid back. REGA will be joined because of : 1. The financial support provided for both university students and alumni. Eve when a member pass way, there are financial services for burial activities and after death financial services 2. Regal existence of association operations. and high quality of services provided. 3. Saving for future spending and future generations. 4. The management experience and expertise of the owners (members) 5. The safe, comfortable and family-like environment 6. Local association that is built on government rules and regulations 7. T he peace of minds which come from being independents to university faced problems and unemployment for graduates. Presently, our nation can not solve 100% of university students problems as we wish! Also to find jobs for all the graduates is a very hard task. we as the beneficiaries, we have to find the left portion from that provided by government through combining together our strength in terms of small amount of money we earn, skills and knowledge to challenge our economic constraints. This will reduce the weight of burden we exert to our nation. By joining REGA the students that were sponsored during high schools will continue without any worry. This is because some sponsors provide only high school sponsorship. When such sponsorship stops, they may feel that in university life will suffer too much. By the time these freshmen join university, he/she immediately invited to join REGA for keeping enjoying such cares and facilities provided by early sponsor LOCATION REGA headquarter office will be located at university of Rwanda headquarter. Having office in every campus. It is important that the facility provider be located nearby the students as they are ones that are targeted to enjoy the services. This will facilitate the timely reporting of any faced issues by the members. As REGA will expand, we plan to have our headquarter building that will allow our customers to look for services indifferent departments. Office at university of Rwanda were chosen because at the starting phase we can not rent as the renting is high cost in Kigali. Another reason for allocating office in all campus is that of reducing cost of transport where a student will report issue/s in their respective campus. The high schools graduates preparing to join university will use website to apply any issue or reporting to the nearest campus. This is especially for the students who can not afford registration fees before they get registered to the university. This financial support will be given for the student who has got education loan only. COMPETITION REGA has no any competitor that cares about such constraints which likely to restrict university student from being independent to such issues faced in university life. The part provided by our government seems to be not enough t cover all estimated costs and other individual problems like re-takes, repeat and burial activities for the passed away students. All facilities offering to the students and alumni by REGA will be full supervised and mandated by codes of Rwanda. This will make us comply with the all government rules and regulations. However, this will attract more partners that seek to support a country ‘s education. DISTRIBUTION REGA intends to contact individual who will use its facilities through professionals in the community who find appropriate financial support for students. These referral sources include student independent case managers, imbuto foundation, global funds Rwanda education board, world vision and every education sponsors in Rwanda. REGA plans to mail brochure describing REGA with a cover letter announcing the opening of the new facility. REGA will gain access to many referral sources by asking students the contact of their early sponsors. REGA will follow up with a phone call and a request for referrals. Making visits to different campus and high schools and adverts in the university newspapers and REGA radio conversations. KEY PERSONNEL As the REGA will be managed by professional experienced masters managers and certified public accountants. Me as the founder, I will be one of administrative boards, (now a BBA holder). This will make me be aware whether the activities are implemented according to how it were planned. Some of graduates are experienced in business management which will allow us to train the new graduates. Employees will be responsible for providing students with facilities and related services for both students and alumni. Making a launch for association (REGA) in university of Rwanda headquarter, if possible in all colleges of university of Rwanda. 2. Giving REGA office at university of Rwanda for easily address before it realizes its own address. 3.Help REGA to get full legal existence as an association that strive for community benefits. This include having all required documents for legal existence as an association that is on government side. 4. Speaking for REGA in high institutions and high administration leaders for supporting or any other kind of support. Speaking in like parliament of Rwanda, NGOs that support education. linking REGA with other partners for solving university students and alumni faced problems to prevent our nation from losses. 5. Encouraging university students to be members of REGA which will help university to get solutions to unsolved university students constraints. This will increase the number of graduates since those used to drop out would get chance to complete their university studies. 6.Attracting different partners to our association which will help both university and students to achieve their visions REGA WISHES FROM NATION/ GOVERNMENT OF RWANDA 1. Allowing REGA to exist as an association that provide and facilitate university students and alumni with solutions to the faced university problems, maximizing education government support given to students and equipping members to become lifelong leaders at the forefront of making social and economic change. 2. Getting all the required documents for legal existence as an association that strive for nation’s interest. 3. Supporting REGA in different ways like Encouraging university students to be members of REGA which will help university to get solutions to unsolved university students constraints. Which will also increase the number of graduates since those used to drop out would get chance to complete their university studies. 5. Financial support, which will increase the capability of REGA to solve unlimited issues for both unemployed graduates and university students even those who pass away before they complete and work to repay back their education loans. 6. Encouraging Rwandans studied abroad to join association which will allow us share our skills obtained from different universities in to challenge our nation economic issues. Conclusion REGA has came to eradicate the all constraints that hindrance university students from completing their university studies. Without ignoring the alumni that have joined the society usual life, where a big number is unemployed yet they can be employed through being REGA members. However, depending to an increase in association members, we plan to increase benefits like masters scholarships for the competitive graduates in different faculties. As our nation of Rwanda spends for our educations, we should maximize all the possible outcomes desired in order to repay our education loan early, so as to allow the future generation get their government education, spend support. Many objectives will be achieved through having spirit of saving. Thus, burden exerted for both government and individual will be highly minimized.
