Leta y’u Rwanda iri kwitegura kwakira inkingo zakozwe n’uruganda rwa Johnson & Johnson rwo muri Leta Zunze Ubumwe za Amerika, nyuma y’uko impande zombi zigiranye amasezerano azatuma ruhabwa inkingo miliyoni 1,2.

Umwihariko w’inkingo za Johnson & Johnson ni uko umuntu aterwa urukingo rumwe gusa, mu gihe umuntu aterwa inkingo ebyiri kuri Pfizer na AstraZeneca zari zisanzwe zikoreshwa mu Rwanda.

Mu kiganiro na RBA, Minisitiri Ngamije yagize ati “Hari andi masezerano twashyizeho umukono yo kuzabona inkingo za Johnson and Johnson zirengaho gato miliyoni 1,2, nazo dutegereje guhabwa amatariki y’igihe zizatangirira kugera mu gihugu. Birumvikana zose ntabwo zizagera mu gihugu mbere y’ukwezi kwa Ukuboza.”

Dr. Ngamije kandi yavuze ko Leta ikomeje ibiganiro n’ibindi bigo bikora inkingo kugira ngo zizanwe mu Rwanda ati “Nka Guverinoma y’u Rwanda, tuzabona inkingo zirengaho gato miliyoni 3.5 zakozwe na Pfizer, zizaboneka kuva uyu munsi kugera mu Ukuboza. Twatangiye kubona zimwe ariko turi mu biganiro kugira ngo n’izindi ziboneke vuba nk’uko twabyumvikanye mu masezerano.”
